Each program is designed to meet participants exactly where they are — no prior wellness experience required. Programs are trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and facility-compliant.
Program 01 · Scent
Aromatherapy Workshop
Hands-on essential oil education and personalized blend-making. Participants leave with a take-home roller blend and the knowledge to use it intentionally every day.

Sound Bath Experience
Live crystal singing bowls, Koshi chimes, Solfeggio frequencies, and tuning forks create a deeply restorative immersive experience. Families welcome at no additional charge.
